We ensure that all our clients’ translation and interpreting projects are carried out in such a way that we feel we are part of our client organisation and our work will be true and loyal to their company ethos.
We understand that the documents we translate can be of a sensitive nature, particularly if they are legal, medical or financial translations. Therefore we ensure that we have signed a non-disclosure agreement of our clients require it. We do the same with our translators as all our work is strictly confidential. All documents and information will be classified depending upon sensitivity.
Every quote comes with commitment to an agreed delivery time to complete the project and will include time for revision and proofreading. This commitment to reliability means we will not finally deliver the finished translation unless fully satisfied with the accuracy and quality of the finished text. To ensure the additional peace of mind, we are also covered by an indemnity insurance policy of up to £500,000.00.
We ensure that all our communication with our clients are clear and open. We can be contacted any time Monday to Friday during our working hours of 9.30 am to 6 pm. There are cases when progress reports are required, particularly during large or complex assignments. These update reports are carried out either by phone or by email.
